On February 28, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the change in the Company's primary purpose from information technology to that of a holding company. On October 26, 2015, the SEC approved the Company's change in corporate name to the present one.
At present, T, as a holding company, is focused on the ownership and management of investments in businesses.
