Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) was incorporated on June 4, 1980 to serve as the real estate investment arm of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. RLC is engaged in the development and operation of shopping malls and hotels, and the development of mixed-use properties, office and residential buildings, as well as land and residential housing developments, including socialized housing projects located in key cities and other urban areas nationwide. RLC's operations are divided into five business divisions such as the commercial centers, residential, office buildings, hotels and resorts, and industrial and integrated developments.

As of December 31, 2024, the Company's portfolio includes 55 shopping malls, 134 residential condominium buildings/towers/housing projects; 32 office buildings, 26 hotel and resort properties, and seven industrial facilities. The Company also has a residential development with minor commercial component located in Chengdu, China.

As of end-2024, RLC has 17 subsidiaries which include Robinson's Inn, Inc.; RL Commercial REIT, Inc.; Robinsons Properties Marketing and Management Corporation; Robinsons (Cayman) Ltd; Altus Angeles, Inc.; Altus Mall Ventures, Inc.; GoHotels Davao, Inc.; RLC Resources, Ltd.; Bonifacio Property Ventures, Inc.; Bacoor R and F Land Corporation; RLGB Land Corporation; RL Property Management, Inc.; RL Fund Management, Inc.; Malldash Corp.; Robinsons Logistix and Industrials, Inc.; RL Digital Ventures Inc.; and Staten Property Management Inc.
