Del Monte Pacific Limited (DELM) was incorporated on May 27, 1999 under the International Business Companies Act of the British Virgin Islands. On August 2, 1999, the Company was admitted to the official list of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, and subsequently listed in the Philippines on June 10, 2013.
DELM is an investment holding company with subsidiaries principally engaged in growing, processing, and selling packaged fruits, vegetable and tomato, sauces, condiments, pasta, broth, mainly under the brand names of "Del Monte", "S&W", "Today's", "Contadina", "College Inn", and other brands.
The Company's subsidiaries include Del Monte Pacific Resources Limited; DMPL India Pte Ltd; DMPL Management Services Pte Ltd; GTL Limited; S&W Fine Foods International Limited; and DMPL Foods Limited.
