AREIT, Inc. (AREIT) was incorporated on September 4, 2006, as a real estate company. The Company was originally known as One Dela Rosa Property Development, Inc. before changing its name to the present one on June 28, 2019.
AREIT is a commercial Real Estate Investment Trust sponsored by Ayala Land, Inc. and specializes in owning and investing in a portfolio of income-generating commercial assets, including offices, malls, hotels, and industrial land across the nation.
As of December 31, 2025, AREIT's investment properties consist of 18 stand-alone buildings, six mixed-use properties, six condominium office units, and 285.73 hectares of land. These include Solaris One, Greenbelt 3 and 5 Mall, Glorietta 1 and 2, BPI-Philam Life Makati, and Laguna Technopark, among others. The land on which the buildings are built does not form part of the Company's asset portfolio and is not owned by the Company.
