The Company';s subsidiaries are GMA New Media, Inc.; Citynet Network Marketing and Productions, Inc.; GMA Network Films, Inc.; GMA Worldwide (Philippines), Inc.; GMA Productions, Inc. (GMA Music); Scenarios, Inc.; Alta Productions Group, Inc.; GMA Marketing & Productions, Inc.; and GMA Ventures, Inc.
